Oh I agree absolutely, calling the shield OP in pvp is absurd. I do remember at 60 during OG TBC prepatch absolutely mopping the floor with other melee classes because CS ignored armor entirely, scaled with both weapon damage and spellpower, and so it could absolutely TRUCK. But it wasn’t the shield that made that crazy, it was just raw burst damage lol.
