Nah if they dont remake judgement with full plated layered skirt then better not do it. Paladins are the skirt/robe plate wearers and judgement should be the debut set when they finally get their tech or modeling right and judgement will bring a new era for paladin skirts (maybe shamans too).
If they just repaint high res textures on the usual cone (like s2) then better not do it.

Gonna be honest: I don’t know what to vote for.
All three sets are bad in some way.
S3 is horrible, especially the helm, so that’s a hard pass (unless they completely redesign the helmet).
S2 set by far looks the least offensive, but I just got the RF version and getting a recolour for S4…feels kind of lame.
S1 I like the idea of, but it’s badly done. Warrior S1 actually looks like a better version of Pally S1.
Since I didn’t do VotI (and I’m doing M+ now and will likely get S3 at some point), maybe I should vote S1 just for the chance to get a S1 set?
I mean, if you put a gun to my head, I’m just voting for Judgement redesign like everyone else has been saying. 
Okay that’s what I thought, considering it’s still in the game and tied to killing Rasz on mythic I think that’s all you’d need to do to get the effects for season 1 sets. Easier said than done though of course but it will be in the game past this expansion at least so you could do it next with people in legacy group finder.
This could still be the case if they do recolors. We may not get the blue elite set from S2 since that’s what it seems we’ve voted on, we may get a different color. It’s kind of odd they haven’t said one way or another, it would be nice to know if the plan is recolors or just keeping it all the same.
We won’t be getting any Tier 2 remake for this season, but man, I’d love to see Shem Dawson’s Judgement put into the game:

That one, IMO, has the potential of being another “Judgement” set. Iconic and well liked by almost everyone.

Could not agree more, these sets are just awkward. I just dont get these ridiculously large shoulders on S2 as it ruined the set for me. It would be nice to see something different and even better an update of judgement would do wonders.

In all honesty, the look doesn’t really matter with transmog being a thing.
S2 has that blocky heavy regal look fit of a paladin… if it had proper pants and boots it would be amazing. S3 set is just … idk not even the color schemes say paladin with the dagger sticking out and the burger king crown.
Season 1 wasn’t that bad.
We just got unlucky with the chest and helm not transferring well from the Concept to the actual in game model.
Had we gotten the Shaman chest piece and a cover/hood similar to mages (not this exact model), I think it would have turned out a lot better.
