What if someone has s2/3 but doesn’t have S1?
ide argue they should be pumping out a updated/recolor of that set every couple of xpacs. imo pallys have peaked during bwl. i would actually love it if they did recycle some old tier sets so we have stuff like t2 with updated graphics the way they did for tomb in legion

ShemDawson who currently works for blizzard also made a high res version you can google it and it should be the first image you come across. I prefer that one TBH. but yeah a remade tier 2 would be amazing.

4 option for none of the above, please. I’d rather wear a random assortment of garbage than wear any of the raid sets from this xpac. If you are absolutely dying to use a set from this xpac, use one of the none raid sets like Freyan or even the expedition set with a mild yellow recolor. If none of that is an option make the season 4 recolor feces brown so its color matches how it looks. You can name the set Battleplate of the Sewer Bather.

Of the options, Season 2 hands down. But like others said, how about revisiting old tier sets and bringing them up to todays standard? Some of the old gear / weapons are looking pretty bad.

As nice as it would be to get a new set for fated seasons, you have to remember that fated season is just the easiest content they can put out in an effort to diminish the end of expac player drop off. As much as there may be interesting things they could do with it, it’ll always be whatever’s easiest for them as ultimately fated is a very low priority season.
Give the set some pants!!!

Honestly paladin tier has been so bad for so long despite it being my favorite class I have zero interest in farming it’s transmog almost every season, especially when you compare to dk/warrior/monk/mage/priest/hunter… I think you get the idea this is the class of stand still and fight let’s get something inspired by the dwarves or even the BFA alliance set maybe a angelic set with wings of light and a low hanging armored hood

All of our tier appearances this expansion have been extremely mid, on top of being overshadowed by priest sets for the last two tiers that almost look more like they should have been paladin sets.
That said, the first season 1 tier design is basically not even paladin, it’s just generic glowing rocks and some cloth bits. It could have basically been any class’s tier design.
Season 2 could have been okay but the color palette choices are terrible. Even the ones that choose the right colors choose the wrong variations of those colors so it still looks bad. Season 3 just plain looks dumb.
I’m basically stuck with choosing Season 2 only because the other two are so bad they somehow make Season 2 look okay.

Oh my god its actually wild how much an open robe makes season 3 tier set look 10x better. That is insane.
My vote is for a cool recolor of season 2 though. Season 1 tier set is my favorite, but I think the look of season 2 gear matches other transmog sets if that makes sense. I’d love a Shadowflame variant of Season 2 or something.
I really desperately need season 2s tier set to have an open robe though, it would actually look so insane. Please remake this set with an open robe. Tube robe has to be banned.

The above judgement remake would obviously be amazing, but I could also go for a recolor or remake of the Cataclysmic Gladiator sets.

The season 2 paladin set was the best all xpak and I’d love to have more like it. <3 Props to the artist for making what is easily one of my most favourite pally sets of all time!

Of the three sets, Season 1 was the best. Especially when you can mix and match with warrior pieces. Season 2 was okay, but I’ve never been a fan of the robe animations. If they could offer an armored pant version, I’d be okay with that set. Def not season 3 tho. Worst of the bunch.

Well in terms of looks it definitely isnt s3 so s1 I guess at least it looked somewhat different. If you made s2 with proper armor oants then maybe s2 but nah.
