Finished all steps all the way through https://www.wowhead.com/quest=43487/assault-on-violet-hold-the-fel-lexicon, after that there is no one there to give me the https://www.wowhead.com/quest=43488/blood-of-our-enemy quest and no other quests from that chain that I missed.
