I have 4 points into the paladin talent Improved Devotion Aura. I’ve restarted it each time I increased it. The tooltip for the skill up by the map still has the same armor value it had before I took the talents.
The buff icons by your minimap do not reflect talented increases to abilities. To see if improved devotion aura is working, use the armor value on your character sheet. You’ll find that the additional armor you gain with devotion aura up matches the value you get from the talented increase. This is purely a visual bug with the buff icons.
