If you want to see how slowly a mob can die, roll a Holy Paladin.
On the other hand, we get a mount at 40 for talking to an NPC twice.

Holy, Ret, and Prot can aoe farm. Prot is the easiest path because of blessing of sanctuary. However all 3 specs in like atleast tier 1 with a shield can do lashers in diremaul using consecration and ret aura. Getting a nagle ring and arcane gaunts helps. If your killing rag and can get that 13 dmg trinket too its amazing. Tier 2 set will be best for aoe farming because of the spell power. If you have a skullflame its lifesteal scales off spell power. I recommend wraith scythe from BRD as it also scales with spell power. Make sure to keep up seal of light. All 3 of these help sustain your damage. Trinkets im using are Essence of Pure flame and force of will.

Good resource for items that help aoe farming as a paladin.
I finally have some gear for farming. It will be amazing once in full judgement with a few weird items here and there for reflect damage, etc.
This person has something to say about everything and it’s always negative. Ignore her.
You mean like you do?
Look up dm pally farm vids. I think that spec is no good for raiding but up to you to respec alot or just not raid.
You can definitely farm lashers in a spec that will allow you to parse well on healing meters: 30/21 as an example.
Good to know. I am going to main a pally if fresh servers ever come out.

You need to google ‘wowhobbs’ paladin aoe farming.
From what I’ve seen, with some Deathbone, Mirah’s Song and a Crest of Retribution, you can lasher farm as a Paladin with any spec. Just JoW/SoW/BoW, Consecration. It’s enough AoE and reflected damage from crest + shield spike that they die pretty quickly even if you aren’t Prot. Obviously if you go 31 prot it’ll become even easier, but then it’s a question of do you want to be respeccing back and forth to gold farm when you can do it passingly as any spec. On the Flipside, with the increased block rate/block chance, the increased reflective damage and the reduction in damage taken from BoSanc (plus Force of Will if you want some overkill) would make lasher farming insanely smooth.
Aside from that… get 120 waters and go find a nice spot in EPL to grind undead in peace. Bout your only other legitimate option as far as grinding goes. Otherwise, professions are your best bet. Herb and Mining being the most profitable ones.
Doesnt happen on pvp servers. Dire Maul, Stockades, or Uldaman.
