Gave a few tests and seems like when a paladin use judgement of Blessing of Wisdom (BoW) on a target, and auto attack-it, the mana gain won’t work.
Keep in mind this is only for the owner of the BoW, without interference of third parts
For others the BoW work, just for the paladin that is the owner of the judment that it don’t work.
I tested with Judgement of Light and it works properly, you gain the Life Points from hitting a target judged with it.
