I have a shield equipped. I am in Prot spec. All my talents are filled out. When I join an instance, Shield of the Righteous stops working. Sometimes changing spec back and forth fixes it. This time it did not.

Edit: And now it immediately works upon deserting the instance. Definitely something glitched from joining the instance.
I don’t remember if I’ve seen that happen with SotR before, but I know similar things have happened with other abilities for me.
There was a long period of time where I believe the issue was with Lay on Hands when swapping specs.
Check the tooltip
It may be Holy’s version of SOTR rather than Prot’s which gives mana back and reduces shock CD.
Priest had the same issue with Power Word Life all thru DF and TWW
It could be but the macro is for “Shield of the Righteous” rotating with “Word of Glory”. It’s happened twice, and changing spec back and forth has fixed it, so it’s definitely a bug on the server side not a problem with the macro - and it worked fine after I left the instance. I’ve changed my macros up so I guess I’ll see if it continues or not.
