Packet Loss problem. Need advice please

I just need some advice as to what steps to take next in order to solve my problems because this rubberbanding every 20s-1min makes it way to difficult to play any of the harder content. And i can’t seem to find a good answer in the previous forums.

Packet loss like that - on the first ISP hop - is an issue for your ISP to fix. It looks like that first ISP hop is the hop with the issues, and they persist through the run. Call the ISP.
