I only mentioned that because of the raid comment. By now, everyone should know that it can’t be completed in a raid. But by simply just looking at a large group of 30-40 alliance, one can easily assume they’re all in one raid group. When in fact, most the time, they are just 6-8 groups of 5 running together. So it is a raid you are facing essentially. That’s why horde aren’t very happy about the quest, because technically you can finish it with 30 other alliance with you, even if they aren’t in a group. It’s easily exploited.
Or you have 5x5 man groups following each other, not a raid but looks like one.
Op says horde bias…if you repeat a lie enough it becomes reality…for that person at least.
No idea what toy you are talking about…and there certainly is no bias.
Shadowmeld?
Shadowmeld doesn’t actually work properly in PVP; it’s a limited interrupt only, which is not very powerful as racials go.
It’s arguably the most powerful racial in PvP…if you don’t know how to use it , it will seem useless
What? It works great in PVP what are you talking about. It’s extremely effective in detargeting which is what most use it for. If this is limited then so are all racials.
You guys need to try using shadowmeld in PVE and then in PVP and the differences should be obvious.
That doesn’t mean it’s not one of the best racials for PVP. I know it doesn’t fit your narrative but come on Irisse.
If you think that’s a strong PVP racial, you’re not using war stomp properly.
I have and it is glorious to get out of just about everything. Why else did I make my nelf druid? To shadowmeld and flight form. Everyone knows that shadowmeld is stupid op for druids.
I swear that person wants to make it seem like all horde racials are amazing and alliance ones are just terrible all around. I don’t know why they are arguing about shadowmeld, when everyone knows it’s a pretty great racial for pvp.
As a hunter do you think fein death is useful for pvp?
Imagine having 2…
Feign death is of extremely limited use in PVP. It was only useful back when it made you untargetable while feigned.
Also, it’s more like having 1.25 feigns, not 2, given the cooldowns.
When you use it the player attacking you has to re-target you…
Ne racial is useful against every class, unlike the belf racial which is only useful in some niche circumstances…
Irisse, I’m going to try to be polite, even though with every new post of yours it becomes harder and harder…
Alliance have really, really strong racials for PvP. Overall they are better than Horde.
Alliance have THREE races that can literally counter/end the Malediction PvP trinket (NE, Dwarf, Dark Iron) on top of everything else those racials do.
Horde racials, by comparison, are curtailed in PvP while being stronger in PvE.
The only two races that can be said are PvP-centric on the Horde are Undead and Orc. And NE/Dwarf/Dark Iron/Human blow them out of the water.
Tauren have some niche uses in PvP, such as Warstomp into Cyclone or Warstomp during evasion/blur to get in 2 melee abilities. But that’s not on the same level as Alliance racials.
As for Hunter’s Feign Death? Come on now: talented FD is insanely good with Survival Hunters. But let me guess, you’re not Survival.
I thank you for remaining polite. I encourage you not to fall into trap that is toxicity. We are all individuals here and our opinions are going to differ from time to time, that is the importance of debate. You also have to have an understanding that your goal isn’t to change the mind of the one you debate but to inspire thought in others. Lastly I would encourage you to post on your main good Sir and or Ma’am.
Which takes a quarter of a second for any competent opponent.
You’re right, I’m a hunter.
But hey, if you come across any talents or Azerite traits that leverage shadowmeld, let me know!
