Weird the population information is right in front of you. I’ll repost if for you. Lowest population in Classics history currently. At no point during Classic, TBCC, or WOTLKC were the numbers anywhere near this low, and here again. This is supposed to be the most beloved part of Cata. Dragon Soul, and MoP looking real grim.

I’m not saying people arent playing it because its too hard. I’m saying them announcing they were releasing the version we got caused some people to just not come back. Regardless of the “why” the games dying in whats supposed to be the most popular phase of the expansion. Its right there in black and white.

Raid mythic retail if you actually want a challenge. You dont actually want a challenge you want solved content which is why you’re on Cata by your own admission.
Population has declined each time we progress to the next expansion, some people only wanted to play TBC, some only wanted to play WotLK.
There are people in my guild that even have zero interest in playing MoP.
You’re not grasping it. This is it for Classic. This is the supposed best part of the expansion, and it didnt draw people back. WoTLKC had higher pop than TBCC btw. It’s literally all down hill from here. MoPs going to be a ghost town.
OG WotLK also had a higher pop than OG TBC.

It’s not my high point, and I doubt I’m the only person. I enjoyed SoO way more than I did Firelands.

My guild will be fine in Dragonsoul aswell since majority of them have never even seen the raid. They are excited to see something new.

You choose how to engage with the game.
It is your choice to play casually, hardcore, midrange, or anything in between. If you’re not having fun with what you chose, then try something else.
Hardcore guilds were always going to cruise through old content. The means for them to efficiently execute mechanics have existed for years.
If you dont want to or dont like engaging with hardcore playstyles then you have to accept wiping on bosses and learning as you go.
And if your group is functioning so poorly you cant clear the content you want to see cleared, thats a problem with your group, not the game.

so far both of the teams in my guild have been unable to kill bosses, an we are sitting at roughly 359 to 365 ilvl gear an this is on normal mode.
Maybe time to find a new guild? O.o
