Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 2 healers, 5 ranged dps, 6 meele dps. ALL CLASSES WILL BE CONSIDERED. Do not be shy to apply even non meta classes can be played great.

We started out wanting to try mythic, and quickly realized this was for us. Our first goal was just to find enough people to enter, and from there, achieving 9/12https://www.wowprogress.com/guild/us/tichondrius/Overgeared
We always recruit normal and heroic only raiders for our normal and heroic raids. We have many awesome less hardcore players that join us for heroic and normal to learn from our mythic raiders. This is a very active and thriving guild. Our raiders do not just log on to raid.
Guild Goals: We are aggressively recruiting for shadowlands and 8.3. We want to hit the ground running in shadowlands. We set our goals, and do everything it takes to meet them. Period. We started Ny’alothoa really late, and burned our way through these bosses with "non meta Comp”.
All of our mythic raiders complete at least one 15 key or higher per week, for maximum mythic plus cache loot as well as maintain their neck and cloaks, farm mythic plus outside of raid times, and not only study our in-guild strategies but perform their own personal log and vod research out of raid hours.
More about the guild: This is a semi-hardcore mythic progression focused guild first and foremost. We are extremely active, and love the game. We started out as players in one guild, then left to other guilds, then reunited later on together. After being disappointed over and over again. We decided to create Overgeared. We created this guild with the mind set of only letting like minded individuals in. Over the course of the Xpac we have grown, attracting better and more experienced players. I want a guild where everyone helps each other and loves to work together. Now we are here to make some noise on the alliance side. This is just a small taste of our guild.
