Correction, BLIZZARD is griefing if they don’t undo the nerfs to SS proc chance.
Honestly S1 was the most fun tier bonus, but it 100% doesn’t work with our burst windows not using ss, ambush, or pistol shot. If they could rework it so it wasn’t worthless I’d vote for it, but as it is I’m hoping that by voting for S2 they will be forced to fix the class to not rely on the tier bonus for it’s basic functionality.
You have the right idea, S2 set did get stronger with the new design.
That being said, numerically T31 is still ahead by 4% or so. And t31 also reduces the rng variance of outlaw by a TON compared to T30.
T29 is basically in the gutter damage wise compared to either of the other sets. You could hope they tune it up.
S3 is the best and it’s not even close.
soulrip was cool in season 2 cus you could get stacks on something and you could shotgun them all away for 200%, but hitting an additional time AND a free dice? and if u do the ambush build that 10% additional strike probably carries over, dont know, havent researched, i can only hope

There’s not really much point in voting on this as outlaw considering our original Opportunity proc chance was stripped away from the spec and instead moved into a temporary seasonal tier set, a decision I will never understand.
Like the others already said, unless old energy values and opportunity proc chance are restored, T31 is the only valid choice. This is why a tier set should never be used as a band-aid to make a spec functional at a base level.

be cool if you can buy whatever set bonus you want from the vendor, open them all 3 up
why are people voting for the most boring tier set this season??? can we just remove roll the bones & get a proper ability that doesn’t have to be band-aided with boring set bonuses & talents, Though my voice will be drowned out since i don’t do endgame content but ugh i don’t even want to wear the new set cuz it’s all boring roll the bones buff garbage nothing fun, nothing interesting just make awful ability less awful please just let us pick our bonus insted!
Season 1 and 2 sets doesnt really change how you play, its both pretty passive. s3 set changes rtb rules and allows you to roll with 3+ buffs all the time. Its hardly the most boring option lol

Also, rtb at this point is a good ability, just increase the proc rate on count the odds, and it’s pretty much perfect.
This tier set basically fixes the problem with cto low proc rate, and increases the proc rate of opportunity, it’s the only logical choice, and it’s by far the most fun too.
I dont understand how people prefer numerical choices over gameplay-enhancing choices. T31 has actual impact on your playstyle and helps smooth the rotation. Its a nobrainer even if it did 5% worst overall
Imo the boring part is that there is no real option
