I was under the intention that this would boost your single target damage by using blade flurry. After hitting the dummy some I don’t think this is how it works. I’m guessing it means the additional damage is at its highest at 2 targets, and only the aoe damage is the damage boosted?
Sadface, I was hoping I could combine blade flurry and ghostly strike for sick ambush dispatches in pvp.
