You fixed the issue of queue times with layering! Good on you. Why did you think it was a good idea to remove laying? You wasted so many customers time this Tuesday. Time and effort from who knows how many guild just trying to get into a raid at 7-8pm tonight. Why? What catalyst, what data told you that your players would have a solid experience if you removed it? So many groaned with frustration when you removed layering, sighing “too soon.” You we’re not privy to this why? how? You couldn’t take the time to look at the average raids/time in a given zone and say. Yeah that’s not gonna work. Some bright people that play this game saw it coming. Get old school GMs involved in your game and on the pulse of your game/servers.
