r/wow is better in pretty much every way but im a dedicated reddit lurker
MMOchamp has their own forum for WoW i think and reddit probably has more than one section dedicated to WoW.
PTR one is pretty cool. Classic isn’t bad if you want to see how those guys are doing.
Tech support is nice too.
