Is anyone not getting the orphan world quest in Mereldar, Hallowfall to come up? It’s been about 2 weeks since I’ve seen this world quest and still need to complete the Children’s Entertainer achievement.

Been having the same issue, haven’t seen it in over a month. Its the only thing i need for the Xal shall not pass mount as well.

For what it’s worth I’ve heard you can run the campaign quest skip and pick hallowfall off the delve table (kind of like legion where you “pick” which zone to start in). Then you can run through the campaign quests to get to the city and the orphan quest is part of the campaign.
you can, which I just did. But, you can’t complete the challenge ones like the one’s I have left to finish. Kinda sucks because this is the only thing I have left to complete.

same nothing shows up for me either
I’ve mentally blocked that quest because I can not do that fence walking activity to save my life.
Easy mode: warlock character, Demonic Circle at the endpoint. Skip all that tedious walking and jumping.
Easier mode: Mage, Alter Time.
