I think the art team is just sort of fond of that white/gold/baby blue gradient right now. It’s the primary color scheme of Bastion for example.
I though the eye and moon imagery was related in BfA between Darkshore’s eclipse moon with the Night Warrior, Bwonsamdi’s blood moon, N’zoth’s eye with Azshara etc… Turns out the art team was just fond of using that circle surrounded by “fire” motif.
