I am trying to unlock the Oribos flight point, however the quest givers needed to accomplish this are not viewable. I have tried turning on the option to view low level quests, but none are visible. I have accepted the quest “Seeking Smugglers “ but this requires travel to Revendreth that I cannot do.
Did you use the capital city portal room teleport to Oribos or did you go through the Darion Mograine intro?
