Oribos’ flight master is still tied to the initial quest chain, he really should not be 2 expacs later. That’s one fix, another fix for alts should be the book to every quest all at once, giving characters the option to sync with all warband completed quests and thus eliminate things like this from ever occurring again the future, if they were completed once by the warband.
Oribos should be a special case though b/c you make the expac completely inaccessible even though the portal is there to use, not full consideration given here for user experience.
Maybe limit the item to campaign quests to limit the performance impact to the game and unintended issues, and warn that any rewards for the campaign will be skipped (per the normal warning and can’t be undone).
