Define civilian. The argument could be made that anyone holding things that I want is an enemy combatant.
We need to be reasonable here.

If they do not fight back, or are clearly too weak to pose a threat, I deem it a civilian.
Honor is what we must know, and do not think they will never be but a civillian, it may be reasonable to believe the Human will join the Alliance forces and try to take revenge after the battles had, but stronger, and a fighter.
That, is when, they are no longer a civilian, but a combatant. And then they may be fought.

On an unrelated note does anyone else find it interesting that the allied races of the Horde are playable but not actually part of the Horde and never spoke the Blood Oath, but the one side race that did - the Taunka - are not playable?

Its just blizz being blizz and ignoring actual races already in the horde and making new ones to fulfill their furry fantasies.
Also, ONCE you have finished those bridges, send some scouts in so we may analyze Feathermoons defensesâŚ
