Currently itâd be a stupidly hard sell. If they insist of traipsing down this âDeus Vultâ Yrel line, it could happen, but I honestly hope that it doesnât.
The Void is already 10,000% evil in all itâs incarnations, no matter how desperately Blizzard tries to claim âgray morality!â Making the Light also evil/neutral in the fact of that is a stupid decision that doesnât merit further consideration.
Those are the black rock eyes. They made them a separate option. For all orcs. But thatâs black rock eyes.
I would argue maghar fire shaman paladins would be the most likely to make sense with lore. As we see a burning blade shaman using swords. I wanted shamans to use swords but I wouldnât mind an elemental version of paladin as a reskin.
Orcs donât follow the Light, or any religious equivalent like the tauren and Zandalari have, so no paladins. The green ones donât even have priests, much like the Highmountain tauren who donât have paladins, either. And more than likely the Magâhar have no interest in becoming devotees to the Light after the draenei chased them off their home planet, otherwise, they would have paladins already.
Not happening.
Fanfiction that the community collectively decided is a genuine possibility is also not happening.
Magâhar paladins then
What did I just say?
You posted a lot of lore excuses that donât matter because we all know that is open to being changed at any given time at the whims of the writers like the other âimpossibleâ race/class combinations that ended up happening.
the fox means kulâtirans.
and iâm confused on the paladin partâŠ
And the lorelet cope commences. Like so many others, you think bad writing justifies equally bad or even worse writing.
Orcs do not worship the Light in any of its forms and got their skin tones from when they worked with demons, so no paladins. Magâhar were hunted down by the Lightâs zealots, so no paladins. Having either suddenly get the class would require redefining who they are as races, unlike Kul Tirans who arenât the same as Stormwind humans and have shaman because their faith is different. If they wanted Magâhar to have paladins, they wouldâve had them back in BfA.
I havenât seen them come up with any contrived story developments to explain pandaren suddenly having warlocks or tauren suddenly having DHs, so clearly, they still have some reservations about that sort of thing. When they gave new combos to every race except for draenei back in Cataclysm, it was things like human and undead hunters and not Sonic fanfiction-tier crap. Even tauren paladins and priests can be easily explained as those classes being an extension of their faith.
The only âimpossibleâ combo I can think of is Lightforged DK, and even then I can see it being something like wringing a wet sponge dry and replacing the water with another liquid. We still donât have things like draenei warlocks, undead paladins, or mechagnome druids, and more than likely never will without massive support.
Iâll remember this post when it happens
Yer the undead. My Paladin senses have confirmed it.
they just got bigger bellies on account of they got doodoo in them
That suggestion always makes me laugh, because it goes completely against the reason Magâhar are on the Horde in the first place: Because they didnât want to accept the Light.
Alliance needs a kitten race with Shamans the only class. Iâll transfer my cow!
oh man, the magâhar sure would love that
Except for all those magâhar priests
Magâhar Priests exist solely based on the Shadowmoon Clan, which were not Light based Priests.
Panda Druids nao.
Magâhar should not have gotten priests, if anything, it should have been druidsâŠ
New Paladin Races:
New Druid Races:
New Demon Hunter Races:
if factions are being merged in the future, or thatâs the direction theyâre taking the game, i think orcs should be able to play DH and Pally for sure. why not?
orcs are more noble people than humans on azeroth, so it makes sense
