Now, I think we need a place to perform blood sacrifices. I don’t see enough Bleeding Hollow, and I feel we can draw more out by building a community center and having a class be about “how to perform blood sacrafices”. We can also teach how to use blood magic. Cultural enrichment is important for every clan!
