I love the WoD idea but when it came down to playing it I just didn’t find it fun for some reason. I really wanted to enjoy that xpac because I love orcs and Frostwolves but I couldn’t after about the second map (Gorgrond?).

Do you have any forms you think they should have? I know Zandalari and Kul’Tirans got different forms then normal. I’m looking up Draenor creature right now hoping to see something that would work. I was thinking a boar or clefthoof for tank but they don’t use their paws so doubt that would work. And I like the idea of a Rylak as the flight form. Talbuk as travel form?
Actually a whole expansion race discovering roots and race/combo would be interesting. We could end up fighting some of there ancient enemies.

That isn’t really how druidism works at all. It requires a blessing from a wild god, and to be instructed. Fel druids would also be like an oxymoron. They are schools of magic that are complete opposites of each other.

huh? do you have a source? as far as i know orcs only knew about shamanism before Fel was introduced to them and shamanism is a completely different source of power.

And both jungle trolls and Zandalari have killed their gods. The Darkspear and playable Zandalari might not have but if the Warsong killing Cenarius is enough to stop all Orcs from doing so, I don’t see why the Zandalari and Darkspear would be any different.
Also, why would it matter if they killed Elune’s son if they’re not looking to her for power? The loa are willing to take disciples and followers that aren’t trolls, as evidenced by Kimbul accepting the Tortollans in Vol’dun.

Druidism is heavily steeped in elune’s worship. In the case of troll’s, it was more so of a necessity that Gonk had made it capable of Darkspear being able to use that power. Zandalari’s druidism isn’t -really- druidism either. They’re either shapeshifters, or priests.
The orcs would have a hard time finding a Wild God to represent them like every other race; because of killing perhaps the most important druidic figure after Elune. They worship the elements. Even if the orcs were to worship Gonk, and bizzarely follow troll traditions in worshipping the loa it would be extremely bizzare for a number of orcs to do so that there would be a sizable amount for player representation.

I’ve yet to see any evidence that the loa as a whole care about Cenarius at all. I don’t recall Gonk and company ever having any opinion on him or even acknowledging his existence.
I agree that it’d be incredibly bizarre. I just don’t think that Grom and company killing Cenarius really pushes the argument either way.
The orcs do have a god who grants the druid abilities. Well on their home world they did. No reason why they can not find lost tribe.
This is probably wrong. due it being late. I think primary is Wolf, then the bear, The something called thunder bird, a water one that escapes me and last one i always wanted to know more about. It a big land animal. Much like a cross between a buffalo and water Buffalo.

I couldn’t really care less about if it “should” or “shouldn’t” be because of racial technicalities, just look at the character i am posting on, druid the class that can do anything should follow that trend and also be the class that can be any race.
They certainly have some opportunity with customisation with the form appearances if they introduced it to new races.
If they were to give other races druids i would like to see them have to do a lengthy chunk of content based around gaining druidic allegiance and or becoming a druid, it would replace the normal 1-20 starting zones and acts as an introduction. “Allied Class” if you may, minus the rep grind.
