So everything i’ve read and heard in game is that everything i like to play sucks this expansion so far. so i need to know which sucks the least in pve and pvp of these classes
Frost Deathknight
Enhancement Shaman
Survival Hunter
Fury Warrior
Feral Druid

From that list I’d say the one that sucks the least is the one you play the best. The one that sucks the most is the one you play the worst. It’s really that simple. If you go to the best class on the list but you don’t play it as well then you still aren’t going to be good at the content. There’s a reason this priest hasn’t been leveled.
FDK is currently in a good place in both PvP and PvE.
You need to give us a bit more info. Like, what do you plan to do? That is, what’s the content you’re looking to do? If you’re just doing LFR and WQ or PvP or if you’re pushing Mythic raids/Mythic+ high keys, it’s a world of difference.
If you’re not into progression, then play whatever is the most fun spec for you, everything is viable in the lower end content.
Frost, feral, and enhance are good in both of those
Druid is best choice for maw.
Look at what covenants you will want for each one then decide what covenant appeals to you and weigh that in as well.
Covenants are part of SL so it is a factor.
In PvP Frost DK’s and Enhance Shaman are both incredibly good. Enhance is one of the best classes in PvP right now IMO.
Shaman is kind of nutty right now, so always a good pick if you like their playstyle. And Frost isn’t bad, although I think? Unholy is doing better. 
Either way both are very good options.
What if, their fun is playing the meta 
we good pvp i just don’t play as pve were mediocre. frost is ok my friend plays it does good. idk play what you like cause you will pull more than playing what you hate.

They’re all great options, just don’t expect to get invited into any groups. DPS are a dime a dozen, especially melee; play a tank or healer or deal with getting benched.
Cross this off your list then. Gearing isn’t there for PvE good numbers, and it’s not a very good spec for PvP.
In my opinion, the Mortal Kombat movie is gonna be good even if it’s bad.
Feral is pretty good if you download some WeakAuras that help you keep track of things. I love SV personally but I have only played MM so far this expansion so I can’t tell you how it is now. It was awesome in 8.3 though. Hope this helps, good luck!
In this game it’s not always as simple as what you enjoy, if cared about the meta i would play a class that’s doing the best, i’m just looking for the class that does the best out of the ones i like to play and focus on that best one for progression while messing around with the others for pure enjoyment
I’m looking for one to focus on mythic’s and/or raiding and one (if different) for pvp, fortunately/unfortunately, working from home right now i have lots of time to play multiple characters if need be.

Feral and fury aren’t bad in pve…or at least when it comes to keys. Not sure how warriors stack up in raid these days. Druid is probably a good choice. One of those specs is always going to be good lol.
Arms is a different story. ARMs right now in PvP is pretty damn strong. Not necessarily the highest damage output (though in bursts, it’s disgusting), but the survivability is high, and your utility makes it very convenient.
was exclusively talking Fury. I had PvE’d with Fury all the way since Wrath, but at least during the regular and heroic dungeons gear levels, it was completely inadequate. Haste is too low, which Fury relies on to cut down that GCD
