Not only do you need to pray that you loot an Azerite piece out of the cache in the first place, but you have to hope that the key was at a level high enough so you don't loot an item that's 20 ilvl lower than the base chest. On top of that you have to hope that it's a usable piece/trait.
This system is absolutely appaling, and I'd wager that a lot of people will be leaving the game due to this.
RNG has always been a part of MMO's and WoW but this is feeling more and more like a lottery each day rather than basic RNG. Complaints here are valid. Expecting something bc the tooltip says so and receiving something in the complete opposite direction unless MULTIPLE things roll correctly isn't fun, it's stressful and aggravating. I fully expected to go home today and loot a 360 piece at WORST but now I literally haven't the slightest clue what it'll be, if anything at all.
