Come on, it’s already a hidden attunement to walk into the place in the first place. Making alts have to grind Nazjatar just to walk into a raid portal when you’ve already done it is absurd.

I get the message that it’s not available yet. Do I have to do Crucible of Storms first? I can’t actually remember if I did it. I’m revered with Unshackled,
Have to do the storyline which includes 3000 follower Xp. At the end you get a flight path and an invitation to eternal palace.
And to my recollection attunement for raids was always character not account based. Though admittedly I don’t recall the same amount of gate effectively.
It really does need to be opened up account wide. I don’t want to have to unlock it again on my 11 other 120’s.
Hopefully with LFR and Mythic opening up next reset they will make it an account wide thing or saying “I’ve heard this story already skip it” option on an NPC.
It really should’ve just been a global open when the raid opened, just have the portal open for everyone and the quest to explain “why”.
At very least the quest’s rep gate should be removed. Let everyone do the quest right off, get the flight path, open the way. That’s an easy solution.
I do have all this, including the quest to go to Eternal Palace.
Hmm you should be good to go drop in the whirlpool in that case. At least to my recollection.
