Open Source is a 9 year old guild on the Maiev/Bloodscalp/Boulderfist/Dunemaul/Stonemaul realm group, doing casual raids from 6pm pacific to 9pm pacific.
Recruiting is difficult because of the small server, so in the past we’ve partnered with other guilds to do joint runs in order to start getting into mythic. We have 8-10 consistent players, and the rest of our raiders come from our guild community or from pugs.
We raid in heroic at the moment, currently working on Conclave, but intend to get into mythic soon. Our group comp consistently has a main warrior tank, 2-3 healers, and a few dps [mostly melee]. I’d like to find a raid leader who has a small raid group as well that would compliment our current roster.
