Uhhhh you do them ONCE. The only thing you’ll miss out on for alts is the Hyjal Rep ring if you suck too bad and cant kill KT and V

The only attunement that’s a pain is TK. The others you pretty much get naturally while leveling/gearing.
They are pretty much a non-issue.
I get having to do the TK/BT attunements on multiple characters as they are L O N G but they’re account bound.
And being entirely honest I’d rather not do SSC with somebody who has never run a Gruul/Kara

On top of this, as far as a first play through goes attunements are great. Like are these people just expecting to hit 70, jump into a raid and then log off for the week the moment they hit end level?

I know the bar for dps vs tank is very different but the sheer amount of grinding I’ve done on my warrior to get defense capped before setting foot in a Kara…
I see shadow labs when I close my eyes.
Thinking about DPS who wanna raid but think 4 dungeons is too much grinding

I lost count at how many botanicas i ran on my prot paladin to get exalted for the shatar shield. At least it was fun, i had 2 locks and a mage in a couple of the runs and I was just bubble pulling whole rooms.

I feel this. Did 4 hours a night for a few nights in a row. Like 22 botanicas straight. Then SH. And everything else lmao.
It was fun the first time around, no alts for me this tbc… Just running 3 full sets on my pally, kinda fun, now if I’d stop losing every piece to the 3rd and 4th 1500gs tank tagalongs 
As someone who tried (and failed) to gear a prot pally solo two weeks ago now, I have no idea how you (and other) prot paladins have found success. Those heroics seem nearly impossible trying to pug them at this point without at least raid gear, and you’re fighting for your tier against a LOT of other people, not to mention off pieces which don’t seem to drop.
Then again, I’m just mad because my guild promised they’d help me get my attunements and then when I hit 70 (4 days later) all unanimously decided they were done running heroics and refused to help. Lmao.
