I am quite concerned about the current state of the beta servers. Doing anything in the open MoP zones is an exercise in extreme frustration with crashes happening every few minutes. Anything in an instance - dungeons, raids, queued pvp events - are apparently unaffected. This has been happening over almost two weeks now with no end in sight and no real communication from the devs about it. Makes me wonder if this is how Blizz is trying to push people into instanced content instead of open world content without actually saying so.

This is an insane, paranoid theory. People already heavily favor instanced content. They have absolutely no reason to push people into it, least of all by crashing the world server repeatedly.
It’s a dirt cheap beta server they don’t care about, spun up on a crappy VM with outdated hardware.

Either blizzard are conspiring to only test instanced content because their plan is to kill the open world.
Ooorrrr blizzard are just incompetent and never communicate with their player base.

the best part was when they did the stress test , only to see the exact same thing happen. Like wtf was the point of the stress test when servers are SO unstable as it is.
