Yeah that’s annoying. Mostly because they pass it off as their own idea. One thing I like about watching WoW content is I know when someone watched a video and then went straight to the forums to pretend they’ve felt this way for awhile.
But the forums disregard almost everything the CC’s say. And give them no credit for anything. If it weren’t for Stoopz we might still not have PVP vendors in game.
I think they’re underserved by operating that way. I’ve picked up a lot from Hazel and Mr. GM about things in-game that I’ve never heard of.
I’d call those streamers. I like what Taliesan and Accalon do. I think SkillCapped and Venruki are walking you through some data and problems with PVP. I don’t watch people play WoW.
I mean I don’t know who any of those people are but I don’t really think I’d call “talking about video games” content either. You’re not creating anything, you’re just complaining about someone else’s creation.
In their defense, I don’t think an AI would confuse install with insult. However, this post falls within their normal click bait fodder, so I may be wrong.
Considering the frequent videos he posts in (I’m assuming) Spanish, I’m guessing English is not his first language and he’s worse than most at using Google Translate.
Judging by all the Spanish videos he links, I assume he doesn’t speak English, so he probably uses some poor quality translator which puts out this gibberish.
Well, It’s mostly specific content creators that don’t actually say anything that is relevant, useful, and correct.
At best with bellular, you’re getting speculation, a bunch of words that don’t say anything.
Asmon is just opinions that people like to present as facts, but said in an overly inflammatory way (even when they are close to accurate, which they usually aren’t).
Not hard really, when the game is bad, he talks about it. When it’s good, he talks about that too. And not once has he ever said “why are people even playing?” don’t spread misinformation. Jesus
Bellular has been using raid numbers to justify some of his claims. Even if you think his methods are dubious, you have the numbers he’s using. It’s not as if it’s smoke and mirrors.
X number of people killed the first boss of the first raid in Shadowlands on ABC difficulties
Y number of people killed the first boss of the first raid in Dragonflight on ABC difficulties
Maybe you think there’s a better way to get engagement feedback (I’m a PVPer myself) but if Blizzard won’t release anything then people are going to take what they can get.
