Blizzard only buffed tokens from quests that need you to buy the new xpac to get, all tanaris quest still give old rewards.

Only war within activities give extra tokens
they left out the anniversary quests so people will buy the new expansion

Most are 7s. You should still hit 100 easily.
Ill hit it when I turn in my weeklies. Then I’ll do the raids for endless bronze.
The reward increases are from near-exclusively TWW content (or found in TWW zones), with the possible exception of the weekly event reward… but even then, I don’t see an increase for the Classic timewalking quest (can’t do it again on my main, but an alt can still do it for 3 tokens this week).
The quests in Tanaris are still awarding only the same pitiful amounts as last week.
So really, it’s a question of whether or not you have the latest expansion.

Doesn’t seem complete.
I was getting 3 bronze per boss kill final wing of brd and that’s not listed. Other people claimed you don’t get tokens from bosses.
I suspect last week I was also getting extra sources of tokens from brd, which would explain why I was ahead of other people (had 64 tokens to most people’s 61).
Also I’m getting bronze from TW? Not sure if thats from the 100 achievement thing, but it’s not listed there either. Quests in AV also give tokens.
There’s still way, way too many unknown variables.

I don’t have TWW yet, because I am waiting for the game to go on sale before purchasing it, so I am limited to Tanaris content. Will I be able to get the armor sets?
