You get they did it this way after years of complaints right here in good ole GD about them being the middleman? I am assuming not, you don’t seem to have a clue about this event historically in the slightest.
Personally I like it better this way, we get the donation receipts not Blizz and that’s cool.
Yet no matter the fixes there will always be the people like you, and that is sad. People who can’t see the event for what it is.
You flew off the handle attacking my character for saying I’d rather donate directly to the workers out there and not through the foundation. Get your priorities straight before you attack me on baseless imaginary accusations AND maybe people will bother having a further discussion with you.
Ok. Name them then. Tell us who to donate to thats going to third world countries on their own without the support of an organization like Doctors Without Borders. Tell us who these people are that you give money to directly.
Funny how the people who make these excuses never actually do anything to help anybody. By all means fly over there and open up your own soup kitchen. Oh wait, you won’t. You just make excuses why you don’t do the easy thing you could do to help them.
I’m sure most people don’t care what the cause is, but want the pet which will be bought even if you don’t reach the goal. Either way, it’s going to a good cause so whatever.
Is Blizzard matching the Donations made by the player base?
If not than are they donating anything to this Foundation?
Last question if its a no to the questions above, why cant blizzard donate 33k. Just curious
I just dropped a hundo cause no one’s giving me names of countries I should go to and people I should hand money directly to so I can avoid big bad corporate CEOs.
