Anyway, onto the substance of your post. I don’t need have been there to know that that situation has an extremely small chance of happening by accident. There is enough info in this thread already. In any case, I’m not the judge; Blizzard is. I don’t need to have the standard of information needed to ban someone to see it’s very likely it’s a grief.

Debatable. I definitely wouldn’t vanish or ice block because those are long CDs. Also a hunter almost assuredly has a pet on defensive to pick it up anyways.
Regardless, even if they do pop the CD, after they get their bearings they should be capable of dealing with the mob. Leaving it alone after the fact would be a form evidence and would lead me to believe they were intentionally using the mob to get people killed. They’d have to be low health and in risk of dying to clear that intention.
Otherwise the argument becomes that someone got into combat with the mob in SoS, got the debuff, hearthed to a low level area within the minute long window, then dropped aggro on the mob after it spawned, and finally left it alone while it ran around killing people all without INTENTIONALLY meaning to do so.
And if you think that checks out then you’re a silly goose.

You haven’t had a single thing to say about the topic of this thread. At least glinda contributed something. You are exactly what is wrong with the forums.
And it’s obvious you’re an antagonistic person violating forum rules with name calling, and more good would come out of making you an example by banning you here than by sparing you on the extremely slim chance you’re operating with good intent based on your behavior and attitude.
So sure. I don’t care one way or the other if they ban the guy because they feel it’s griefing. But if we’re going to be rabid about it, I’d like to see you out of here as well for basically the same reasons.

I only really spoke up because there seemed to be a solid majority against doing anything against the guy. And I admit glinda provoked me into painting people with a broad brush initially, but I did give an exception for them. They are looking out for themselves. If I get a suspension, then so be it. You guys can have fun buddy buddying with each other.
