I have had this issue for about 6 weeks I have filed two tickets and a bug report, I have one character that I logged into and there are no weekly quests from anyone all zones. I could really use some help support is telling me to submit a bug report or come here, they think it is only Dornogal but its every one even mining and herbalism. has anyone had this issue and found a fix?

I am having the same problem on my alt. I completed the entire campaign on my main and I have completed the new K’aresh campaign on my alt and I do not have some of the weekly/daily quests.
Support probably was telling you to go the support/bug forums, that’s where the people who have knowledge about bugs and systems issues reside. Right now you’re on the server specific forum, which is more about connecting socially with the people on the CC/SoE realms and isn’t really visited by anyone outside our realms. You’ll get a much bigger audience in the regional forums. I wouldn’t get your hopes up, but at least posting there means someone at Blizz may actually see it and add it to some to-do list of bugs to fix.
