It didn’t kill squat except the queue time. Stop blaming population issues on this. Realms were ALREADY imbalanced since the first day of classic. Players caused this and players are why they will stay this way.

So you made the choice to play on the smaller faction and expected blizzard to just allow horde players to suffer in hour long queues? You do realize that it’s more likely horde players would be quitting over the system, you still don’t have a valid complaint.

How can increasing player participation in PVP be a bad thing for the game?

Allow Horde vs Horde BG’s or place a honor scaling reward system based on queue time disparity, ultimately this will lead to higher arena participation which is not a bad thing.
