Say whaaaaa? Im over here agreeing that DKs are just in shambles as a class. They have no redeeming qualities and need help. They need not 3 solid operating specs but 4! 1 tank and 3dps specs that all function well is the least blizzard can deliver! No other spec has the problems DKs have

This is basically the wotlk dk by creation should be able to tank and dps (by picking different talents) in 3 specs and dps in 3 specs, not saying which must be the best spec but if you have obvious bugs with DRW that are not fixable because âdeep systematic issueâ donât you think it is logical to make some improvements to the spec to be fair afterall?
They broke unholy in PTR giving gargoyle cast with no delay making all 2 other specs (frost,blood) way worse than they should be comparing to unholy.
Frost at the end have still a viable raid buff to come and join the raid when as blood you can have blood tank, enhance and mm bringing it.
No, not in Cata. In Wrath. The devs clearly stated at the end of Wrath that they nerfed Blood DK DPS in order to make it a blood spec. We play that patch. Every private server plays that patch. This is NOT new.
DK is hybrid class too. In fact, the most hybrid class in the game where they were able to tank and dps with every single spec.
If you want to rant about OMG FERAL GOT A BUFF, then this is the wrong topic. Ferals didnât actively get buffed, it just happened due the nature of changing omen of clarity. And trust me, if Blood DK gets the âsameâ % buff as ret then you would still be here and complain how bad it is.
I think mcgroobin did a lot of pictures right now with blue posts from 2010 saying that there are not any plans for dedicated dk tanking spec at the end of the wrath but maybe itâs not enough.

Ok your last point is just hilarious. The only spec they actively buffed was Ret by about 1%. Okay, then go letâs buff blood DK by 1% and see what happens. You donât get it. Blood DK at this point of game was not designed to be a DPS anymore. If you want the glory of blood DK DPS then either go in time capsule or ask Blizzard to release Wrath in a 3.0 state.

Blood was changed to the tank spec because it was the easiest dk spec to shift without making a new one, it had the least popularity because it was only okayâ in bis icc/rs gear which most people didnât had, boring rotation and no changes to spec was a reason, it was also really good after wotn changes.

The change on application on vengeance alone with jar proc mechanics adds alone 800 dps to the trinket from 1200 to 2000 dps gain. Taunt in bis is like 6-7% of the damage done. Iâm entirely sure youâre trolling now. And Iâm asking a change that would prolly change 50-100 dps which blood dks are losing for dots resisting on DRW and first hit being reduced and obviously they stated they canât fix that.

Blood DK pumps in Wrath, itâs the highest Dps Tank btw and can top meters.
