Pretty sure this was a mistake and that 15% buff was meant for Fire Breath
I wouldn’t be shocked at all if dragon got buffed after reading the rest of these notes.

This doesn’t truely affect the comps that boomy plays right now. Boomy mage & L$D2 will be slightly weaker, but this is not going to change their win cons or damage profiles.
Yeah not sure why that was the fix for uh, our issue is not our pad dmg. Need to revert necrotic nerf!
