You may find that with Descendants of Lore, we are very similar to what you are looking for. Unfortunately we do raid every Saturday and every other Sunday, but if you don’t mind missing a couple or raids we are okay with it. We are all over 30 with jobs and families.
We are very much prioritize community and fun first but we also run Mythic plus and push for heroic every raid tier. We don’t do much PVP but you might be able to talk some into going with you occasionally. We also do not have a dedicated Mythic plus team but we almost always have people running when there is enough online to put one together.
