the main problem with DCE, is that the ability was designed with those negative consequences when it was a 1000% damage increase
And the issue is because they didnt think to adjust how the ability negatively impacts you after they decided to nerf the damage by more than half
remove the CD increase on pillar, and remove the rp walk
