I’ve seen one do that in a Normal raid with a guild group.
It went down as well as you might expect, given that everyone felt free to voice their appreciation as they plummeted to their deaths. It’s when it happens to GM that the mage feels the pain.
LOL not enough coffee yet…its 5 am where I am…

LOL that is why I always check the portal name before taking it …I’ve heard about mages doing that and I have a Mage myself…but would never do that too players…to bad players always forget to check the name of the portal before taking it…its rush rush rush with most…
Demands common courtesy from others, doesn’t say please.
I like this but alas, baby spice is soul bound and requires a lot of badges to get from the wotlk tw vendor I think? I don’t remember. Also it doesn’t last long enough on players. I wish it lasted as long as the turkey toy which I think is 10min on affected players.
I say that any player within 10 yard radius should be ghosted at quest givers.
Did you know you can just “click through” the jerk standing over said NPC now because the majority of the players just won’t be courteous?
And baby spice is useful in those situations as well.
People have brain farts. Does suck although I haven’t really ran into this problem in like 15 years. What I find more annoying is the people who see you walk up to the tmogs mount and instantly dismount. That is pretty frustrating.
Type /target nameofnpc to target the npc. You don’t even need the full name, the first several letters usually will do.

no way, they do that intentionally, this is a very toxic “community” full of trolls.
but it’s blizzard’s fault - they permit this without consequence;
in FF14, a game with a sub base almost as large, this behavior is bannable
First of all, welcome to the Internet. If you want a quick tour, I can talk to you about some basics regarding url prefixes and affixes, but overall just make yourself comfortable and enjoy the 24/7 trolling and uninformed forum thugs.
yeah, I always dismount around npc…especially quest givers.
they should just put a no mount zone around every NPC in the game.
Hard agree. I always push my movement key for 1/2 a second to move away and mount up if i need my mammoth.
Nah, never works but it makes me laugh…and that’s enough for me.
Interact seems to prefer things that are closer, and in front of your character. It’s not that hard to get right next to and face the NPC even if someone’s got mammoths all over it. Yes. People should be courteous and dismount around NPCs. But dismount bubbles aren’t the solution. I find them far more frustrating than having to deal with mammoths on NPCs I want to talk to.
Common sense isn’t so common in game and IRL.
Well first off I need to know the name of the NPC in order to do that now…so what about brand new npc you’ve never seen in game before …add this now too how many dang target macro’s are we talking here now…tons of them…and I shouldn’t have to stand there making a brand new macro just cause someone someone is being a D***
it isn’t just players… people in general hehe
