I didn’t even get my conduits lol.

Was like, “eh, this is boring,” and after getting my souls just stopped going.

Soul prisons are multi-tap.

And if you’ve ever had to slow-run to a node while some demon hunter zaps past you and ninjas the thing out from under you, you’d understand how it’s the polar opposite of “fun” gameplay.

Combine that with the worst zone in the history of the game and you’ve gotta wonder whether they just want people to quit so they can cut back on server costs.

This won’t help when I figured out what had happened I abandoned the quest so fast my mouse smoked .

I know, that’s why I mentioned the fast respawn. When there are lots of players in the Maw, all that stuff respawns super fast.

lol ya i dont get what blizzard is thinking sometimes, well a lot of the times. Reminds me of the god forsaken daily in ardenweald where your the stupid moth and you gotta pick up those egg things. Like 30 people there and only one person can loot it. takes half hour just to finish that stupid thing

Why do you consistently defend this stuff? And no, they don’t respawn that fast. And if they do, they’re gone in less than a second from the boatloads of people swarmed around them.

Because these aren’t “omg they ruined the game” changes. So many players “hate the Maw” yet go back there every week. Some of them are well past the 100 souls cap, or never going to farm stygia for sockets or to max out their conduits – why do they keep going somewhere they hate, and then complaining about having to go there?

If I go to the Maw right now, I can finish the souls quest in 5min. If I go to the Maw at 3am it’ll take 10-15min because the soul prisons respawn at their normal rate. Yes, they do respawn faster if there are players in the zone.
