I enjoyed plunder a lot.
Never did the sillyness people did about killing themselves to optimize time and then cry about the mode.

Yeah, I feel like if it was just optional content, not many would participate. So, to entice people to join in the fun (or not) fun, Blizzard has to throw in stuff they know will get people playing.
I do not care how bad I am at PVP, I am doing it just because I did kind of enjoy the goofiness of the last event.
It is optional content.

Got all the rewards from the first one. If half of the rewards are the same as last time, I may skip it. As soon as I got the rewards last time I quit. Not really fun IMO.

Do you grind Gladiator every season? They are also unobtainable recolors after a while.

I have no idea the point of your question. You said all the Plunderstorm rewards went to the Trading Post. That is not true, only recolors did. I was clarifying so people didn’t think this was true.

Thank You, I understand “It is Optional” as I had stated in my post, but the optional part of this content with the stuff the Developers add to entice people to participate was my point.
You remove the stuff Blizzard throws into these events and make it optional, and let’s see the turn-out to play a PVP event. Again, I understand the “Optional” part of this event, I participated in it last go around.

My point is: Even if its a recolor. Its still there.
If people dont bother grinding other contents to get a recolor, they also shouldnt bother to grind this for a recolor.
Get what you really want and go vibe, theres no need to fall to FOMO if you are not enjoying yourself, like people dismiss many other FOMO rewards in the game.
I think I tried PS twice… Was not sure what was going on so I didn’t keep going and pirate stuff is not my thing…but much like other optional things in the game… I probably won’t participate but for those who do – I say have at it and have fun!

But in this game recolors do matter and again, I was just clarifying that you cannot get the actual Plunderstorm rewards on the Trading Post.

I didn’t do it the first time around because I loathe PVP with a burning passion.
If I decide to torment myself I’ll wait a week or two until they boost currency significantly as predictable as Blizzard is.
