Eh, I’ve been playing Mage exclusively since the game launched so I am used to us not being in good shape. One more patch in the dumpster won’t make a difference. What’s not okay is the deafening silence from them. Blizzard is one of the biggest gaming studios in the world, there is no reason why they shouldn’t have an entire department dedicated to player outreach. Other studios with 1/10th of their budget do.
Communication is key if you want to keep your customers and they don’t seem to get that. How hard would it be for them to do a blue post telling us they hear our concerns and to tell us what they’re going to do to address them and when? I think WoW players have been conditioned to expect nothing from Blizzard and get even less but I am getting fed up with their bs. They specifically said they’re turning over a new leaf with DF but so far none of that has materialized and it’s all been little more than lip service. They’re gonna have to work harder if they want to keep me as a customer.
