Odds on seeing a BC server if this goes well?

The issue with Vanilla was you HAD to do a lot of PvE to be competitive in PvP. I don’t just mean “do ok.” I mean actually expect you win against a guy with half a brain and a set of Naxx gear. Where as in BC you had to do a LOT of PVP to get good PVP gear.

I personally am not a huge PvE player. I never enjoyed it half as much as the PvP. I don’t enjoy don’t months of multi hour long raids on a set schedule like it’s a second job just do I can get down to doing what I enjoy most.

The ABSOLUTE worst part was gearing Hybrid classes for PvP. It was an utter nightmare to get a set of Ret/Enhance/Feral/Shadow/Ect gear going. If you wanted to gear those specs for PvP you literally had to wait until every single other person in your guild had the items, and then pray to the gods that you’d get a shot afterwards.

See I was more of a pvp player in Vanilla and TBC… And I prefered vanilla pvp WAAAAAAYYY more.

And I frequently owned people in much better gear than me in vanilla… that was NOT the case in TBC. In TBC, pvp gear was ridiculous… I literally couldn’t kill people. I remember I was playing a rogue, and the other player in pvp gear literally didn’t need to pay attention to me at all… Their natural health regain was basically my dps xD
Forget it if you were trying to kill a warrior or druid… impossible.

You can get really good gear in vanilla pvp as well. Equivalent to AQ 40… that is more than enough to destroy naxx PvE players. Players should be rewarded in ALL aspects of the game … not rewarded only in pvp when you do pvp and only pve when you do pve.

Not to mention… I complete hate the arena format… why gate pvp gear behind them?
