Any support information on the Oceanic Classic Servers? Arugal has been down for 5+hours now and no information?
This forum isn’t manned by the SFAs 24/7, so there won’t be any information until staff gets in for the day. I’m not seeing any notes about it on Twitter, but you’re also the first person who has come to this forum to say anything about it. I’m not even seeing other posts in the Classic GD posting about it, which is odd. What are you showing that you believe the realm is down?
Oceanic realms of Arugal, Felstriker and Yojamba are all offline. Every other Classic realm is up.
If they’ve been down for 5+ hours, normally there would be umpteen threads about it somewhere. You are actually the only person on this entire website who is posting about it, save for that post 9 hours ago. That is why I’m asking.
Though I then did see this, whether it is something in the same vein or not, I do not know.
But it’s not massively impacting people, else the forums would be flooded.
Are they coming up as grey in the realm listings? Or you’re crashing as soon as you try to log into them with “world server down” or some such?

The population on these is tiny so I wouldn’t expect many posts tbf.
They are grey “Offline”
No matter how tiny, when things break - people tend to lose their minds. 
Especially when it’s been that long. Couldn’t find anyone tweeting @BlizzardCs either about the issue, it’s just ringing odd to me.
Hopefully when the staff get back in in the morning, they will be able to find out what is going on and give you some sort of idea. I’m sorry it’s not a better response.

They’ve been offline since the start of server maintenance yesterday. All other non-Oceanic servers came up quickly, but Arugal/Felstriker/Yojamba still offline.
All three servers are still down. No response yet.

Not the Wotlk Classic Servers, we are discussing the WoW Classic Era Oceanic Servers.
They are offline and the WoW Uptime monitor also displays them as offline.

This is effecting ONLY era servers not WOTLK servers.

Another support staff said exactly the same thing. What in the world is going on? Why would there even be identical server names for both Classic and Classic Era.
