Anyone else think its interesting that rating requirements for gear hasnt changed for OCE when we dont have the numbers to get rating inflation. Rank 1 is 2300 in OCE that is 0.5% of player pop. 1850 is duelist which is maximum top 3%. Where as in America its 500 points higher and EU its 700 points higher. Am I crazy or does this make sense?

why didnt they listen to you 
Nice - but OCE get their own titles. So they should change gear requirements as such. Defs should have listened to you.
