Hi I had this posted in Ember’s PTR but since we can no longer post there (obvious reasons) I’ll repost it here.

There’s an unused model that matches the elite Obsidian Gladiator skins that hasn’t been put on the vendor.

Any reason for this or wondering if it was just an oversight like the Unchained Greatsword was.

Yes please, melee need another 2 handed xmog option besides just the polearm. Having only 1 option is disheartening.

Many great items dont make it into the game, its just a natural part of game development.

But even fully rendered swords that are clearly made for conquest weapon and elite weapon?

Yes, many things reach the end in full development then get cut out for unknown reasons before release. WoW is infamous for this.

That’s sad because those models are amazing.

Maybe because it’s just Blue Ashkandur? I dunno, they probably wanted the raid drop to be a bit more unique or something.

And every other PvP items are just green and blue reskins from the raid. Vendor still is missing a crit/vers 2 hand weapon.
