You cannot use tiered medallion setting to add gem slots to the obsidian collar neck

same issue here.
Would be EXTREMELY useful to know if its intended or not.

Yeah… farming up this neck and then spending primal chaos on the gem would feel awful if this, for some reason, is intentional…
Nothing anywhere about it suggests that it is though.
We’ve recently deployed a fix to allow for the Obsidian Collar to be eligible for socket upgrades. This change is retroactive to previously obtained collars upon logging out and back into the client.
