Is it better to CC it than to kill it?
Dunno, but I cyclone it for 6 seconds then it comes out doing 30% less damage for another 6 seconds, then it usually disappears.

Iâve played into it a few times and it is actually painfully simple to deal with im an arena setting. I could see it still being slightly problematic in (r)bgs though.
The issue is players in the game hate any interaction that keeps them from doing their low brain input PvE rotation. If any other changes are done to the spell, they should just adjust the cooldown. Other than that itâs fine.
Off topic but with the re-emergence of boomies, i forgot just how much I hate cyclone. Balance has some really decent cc when you factor in the entire kit
Itâs easy to counter in arena and doesnât have the same level of impact.
Itâs hard to notice in a 10v10 BG team fight with a million other minions running around.
Cyclone is great if you know how to use it well. The new PvP talent for it makes it really strong.
Whatâs an unh dk supposed to do? Youâll kill yourself as you try to kill it. Put a disease on it? Get blasted for 10% of health. Shadowbolt move? Bam another 10% hit. I guess try to use clawing shadows which hit for 8k? (Though I think that also procs beam) or just run away for 20 seconds?

It was 20yards before and completely useless.
I love seeing Sofan respond like this to people when he rages super hard when others tell him the same thing about things he complains about.

Its basically the same for everyone except for the specs that got machine gun observered from bad coding thinking procs and what not were casts.

Will it not do a max of 10% now? Or is it always gonna do the max it can as it says up to 10%
